Spa day on niraparib

Can anyone help?I'm going for a spa day with my daughter and I'm little confused about what I can use there. I'm taking niraparib at the moment so not sure if this limits use of sauna and steam room etc. Does anyone have any advice please

Hi, I'm on lynparza and I've been to a few spa days and used everything but just hydrated lots. I even went whilst on avastin and lynparza. Enjoy your day X

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm going today so looking forward to it now I know I can use the sauna etc, nice to have the treat! They have a heated outdoor pool, not sure what that'll be like in the rain😄x

I’m a member of a health club and been on Niraparib. I use all the facilities. Pool, hydro pool, sauna and steam room. I take some water to drink in the steam room and sauna and just go with what my body tells me. Enjoy your day! X

Thank you 😊 I'm fairly new to taking the niraparib so wasn't sure if I had to take any extra precautions, thanks for the tip about water. Really looking forward to my day now x

Hi thanks for asking this question. I’m in the same circumstances as you, not been on Niraparib for long and my body is still trying to adjust to side effects. I’m going on a spa day with my daughter next weekend and really looking forward to it. Have a fantastic day with your daughter relax and enjoy xx
