Hello there ladies on this stormy cold winter's evening. I hope you are all sat at an open fire with your feet up. Well I am still shocked by this new diagnosis. I had an appointment with my oncologist yesterday, the previous day I had the scope up and down together. Now my oncologist is sure that the cancer has started in my bowel, traveled to my ovary and then to my liver. I cant keep up at the moment with all the different information. So my new diagnosis is Bowel Cancer. I have loved this site here so much and enjoyed your comments and input that were invaluable to me. I admire each and everyone of you. You really are warriors and I am sending a virtual hug to all of you. I am moving to the Bowel Cancer site but I will drop in to see how you are all doing.. You are the bravest of the brave often fighting this bloody disease in silence, and I hope I can at sometime be as courageous as you.. With all my heart felt thanks..
Goodbye for now

Hi Damelza I am really sorry you got this diagnosis but now at least you know what you are dealing with, I hope you get good help on the bowel cancer site and if not drop back to us because the treatment as in chemo may well be similar and it will be nice to have some friendly advice. No matter what you are always part of us and dont forget it, I hope you get a plan of action soon and look forward to a long break after this chemo/
