I have been on low dose HRT now for about 2 years and my DEXAs show substantial improvement in the two DEXAs since then (e.g.-my spine went from -3.1 to -2.6). But my TBS continues to decline showing as degraded and seems to be getting worse. Can anyone explain this?

What is the dose and form of your HRT, specifically, estradiol? Could you give the numbers of your TBS before and after? My Dexa report indicates a change of 4.24% is significant, otherwise the change could be machine built-in error.

.0375 Estradial. My spine went from -3.1 to -2.8 in one year and then to -2.6 the year after. My hip scores also improved. My doc who prescribed the HRT says to ignore the TBS. ??
