Has anyone tried Osphena (Ospemifene) to help build bone density. It is a non-hormonal treatment for vaginal dryness but has a side benefit of building bone. But the side effects are headache, hot flashes, sweating to name a few. a low percentage of endometrial cancer.

Ospemifene is a SERM used to treat vaginal dryness. If you are prescribed (and it is only available by prescription) Ospemifene for VVA (vulvar and vaginal atrophy ) there may be a side benefit to bone turnover.
"Clinical studies support a potential role for ospemifene in maintaining bone health in postmenopausal women while they are taking it for the treatment of moderate to severe VVA. " (tandfonline.com/doi/full/10... Note: this says maintain, not improve or rebuild.
The studies I just looked at were all focused on bone turnover markers and only hypothesized about BMD and fracture risk.
But if your goal is bone density, there are other SERMs that are targeted to osteoporosis and been rigorously tested for that
Note: The treatment guidelines for Ospemifene are aimed toward vaginal dryness, "Use for shortest duration consistent with treatment goals and risks for the individual woman. Reevaluate patients periodically to determine if continued treatment is necessary." and "Supplemental hormonal therapies carry the burden of a risk/benefit ratio that must be highly individualized. "
