Was wondering if anyone has tried Osteostrong long term? If so have you gotten positive results? How expensive is it? Is it FDA approved?

Hi! I started OsteoStronf only 3 months ago & no DEXA yet. I have great hope it will help. It certainly hasn’t hurt me. The staff is most concerned with a correct posture going into each exercise, this gives me great confidence in them. Everything I’ve read indicates that we can expect a possible 10% improvement, though some did only stay the same with no additional bone loss (it makes a big difference, in my opinion, whether people do additional exercising during the week vs only one OsteoStrong session per week.) I really enjoy it. I also do the 4 different modalities (red light therapy, bio charger for various support of diseases/ailments, vibrating massage therapy bed & leg treatment (sorry, forgot it’s name) but it has stopped RLS.) many women there have been going for 3-4 years now, they’re sold on it also. Best of everything to you!

Thank you for the information. One more question, how long do you need to go for the treatments and if you stop going does your bone density go back to being abnormal?

Great questions! I failed to ask, but I would imagine the exercises must be continued to maintain any improvement.

Mist people say we should exercise at OsteoStrong for a year to see improvement.

I paid roughly $2,000 but that includes the 4 extra modalities that I mentioned previously

I googled if OsteoStrong is FDA approved & it appears it may not be, but the resource did say the exercises are well known for making improvements

Best to you!

Hi, thanks for posting. What is the leg treatment you are referring to above? If you can't remember the name, could you explain the process?

Hi, RESTLESS LEGS: Sharper Image here in US sells the leg “AIR COMPRESSION BOOTS” for $200. If you search that company’s website, they’re likely to have even more helpful info. Best to you :)
