Has anyone who is on Prolia injections become more tired?
If yes, what have you done about it?

I haven't noticed fatigue and after my 9th dose even the joint pain has diminished. The jury will be out until I see the next bone scan!
I was on it for Five years without being tired because of it. I have now been off for 1 1/2 years
How did you get off Prolia? Did you have to transition?
Correction; I have been off Prolia for 2 1/2 years not 1 1/2 years as I stated. They used Reclast infusion for two years to transition ; I had zero side effects with it. They first tried to just take me off Prolia for a 1 year drug Holliday; with no transition! I had to speak up for myself and show my concerns and inform them to read about it. I thank this site information and the members.
yes, I feel fatigue all the time, sometimes my legs feel very rubbery, just do not feel well. I am thinking it’s from the Prolia. . I have been on it for a year and a half now they tell me I have a lung infection that showed up on an x-ray, which infection can be a side effect. Yikes, last dexa scan showed no improvement from the Prolia, so doctor said we won’t do any more bone scans??? I have a very bad case of osteoporosis, so I am between a rock and a hard place. I am trying to get an appointment with an endocrinologist. it is very distressing this, OP.
will they give you treatment / antibiotic / test for the lung infection? my Mum's been on prolia several years, has lung infection, though not coughing or anything, only a couple of coughs in the past year, would'nt've known she even had it except for a scan.
Mum a few years ago had some cellulitis in her hand. i attribute it to the drug. not sure about the lung infection.
also has fatigue, i think due to the drug, although she is elderly. i observed fatigue for like 3 months out of the 6 month dose, then improving.
Thank you for the suggestions
I had only 1 Prolia and I am exausted all the time. I had many side effects from Prolia but I never thought this tiredness is from it too. Guess another side effect to add to my list.
I have had one injection so far, in May, and since then I have had incredible tiredness since. I have been trying to have a sleep during the day, especially if I want to socialise or even watch some TV in the evening. I took early retirement in February, just as well because I don't think I would be able to cope with work and general home life, the way I feel. Definitely didn't feel this tired before Prolia or when I was on Evenity/Romosozumab. I can't say I like napping during the day, even to read sends me to sleep!! 😏
i am pretty sure my Mum has exhaustion from the drug. she is elderly too but i can tell it is additional tiredness over the years. among other things. it's possible i notice the tiredness relent a little in the last couple of months of a 6-monthly dose. it's heartbreaking for me.
for the first 4 years it wasn't much of an issue.
health care providers say nothing about it, because they don't know, and because they're not told by the manufacturer marketing
