I’ve diagnosed myself with Gerd after consulting Dr Google but know I must see a GP when I can get an appointment. I’ve just started to feel really nauseous after eating just a few mouthfuls. Is this normal please? Anyone else experience the same?

Nausea is common with gastric problems,I had nausea especially with gastritis, also reflux especially in morning can make you nauseous, best with everything to get it checked by doctor
Yes hopefully it will ,mine is more throat symptoms and no nausea ,since turning sixty last year it all flared up ,not sure if age related ,I know I have hernia but only caused problems very occasionally, this silent reflux on going on and off,not sure if it is related to having COVID,it started after that ,I did loose smell and taste with COVID also, thankfully that is normal again but can't help if it's all linked!
Just got some anti sickness meds from GP. Possibly is GERD but can’t be 100% unless I have an endoscopy which I had not so long ago so they aren’t going to do another any time soon. I get the throat symptoms. Wish it would all go. Aging is no fun. Well, it hasn’t been for me so far. Wishing you all the best.
No it isn't fun is it , I hated the nausea the most when I have had digestive problems in the past , I know that if I ate strictly it probably wouldn't be so bad at times but it is hard to sustain all the time , especially when I have symptoms free days I slip up and eat what I know I shouldn't! Wishing you all the best too
