Silent Reflux, spitting up blood everyday, should I be worried.

Had a PFO procedure in March 2023, that failed awaiting for the consultant for further options. Lost a lot of faith in our Doctors, been mis-diagnosed so many times. Had reflux for several years that was controlled quite well. About 18 months ago referred to the COPD clinic after having pneumonia several times in 12 months. Attended GP's , A&E all with the same result, anti biotic. Did the trick short term, then to be told it's Asthma. COPD then change the treatment plan, I thought everything was improving, but after a couple of weeks started to spit up blood? Informed GP/COPD etc told don't worry it's ok and not the medication.

This has now gone on for over 12 months, almost every day spitting up blood and coughing a hundred times a day. Phlegm brought up every day and always feel the need to clear my throat.Spoke the GP over the phone on another matter, mention this ongoing issue. She informed me a endoscopy should be done and she would arrange it. After several weeks contacted the surgery they know nothing about it?? Asked the COPD department they have referred me back to ENT as they have a concern of further damage could be done. No appointments for 7 months??? getting a little concerned over it now but cannot to seem to get anyone medical interested.
