IBS symptom?

Hi..For a few years now I have suffered from IBS with acid reflux and recently have been diagnosed also with gallstones and after a MRI scan have decided to go for a gallbladder removal..

I have also been on a low fod map diet with lactose and gluten free foods.. Which does help my Gallbladder.. And my IBS symptoms

But just recently I have had lower bowel what I can call intermittent spasms of pain.. I am OK with no pain when I sit or lie down but as soon as I walk around the pain starts...

I have tryed Buscapan with no effect..

Has anyone else had this pain? Or tell me what it might be from?

Is it a hernia? Do you have a lump anywhere? I have a femoral hernia with similar symptoms and am awaiting surgery.

Hi.. Thanks for replying..I don't think it is as I can't feel any lump associated with this... But certainly will investigate further.. Many thanks
