Any natural alternative to Metroclopramide (prokinetic) ?

My Dr keeps insisting I need these tablets to help the motility in my stomach but the possible side effects are too scarey for me.

Ive found ProDigest and Iberogast as natural alternatives but can’t seem to find a way of buying them can anyone recommend a natural prokinetic?
