Acid reflux

Does anyone get acid reflux that moves from stomach area to chest and throat.

Hi, yes, unfortunately I get acid reflux every night when I am asleep. It's not too bad during the day (thanks to gravity) although I still have to watch what I eat and drink. Although I take Gaviscon Advance at bedtime and sleep propped up, I still wake with a burnt, sore throat from the acid. Good luck with finding some relief.

I find plain, low fat, Greek yoghurt helps my acid reflux sometimes. I found that milk makes it worse. I hope it gets better for you 👍
