Bad acid reflux

What's best for acid reflux.

Hi...I just use gaviscon advance and usually it subsides but only for about 4 hours.. But unfortunately as with acid reflux you have to adjust your diet to try and not eat too fatty foods or anything that might upset your digestive system.. I have a glass of wine occasionally but I know within a few hours i will be taking the gaviscon... The same with pork.. Or diary.. So it's a guess of looking out for your own digestive diary and making notes of what you can eat or not..

I have taken PPI in the past but the side effects were worse than taking them so I self manage myself now..
