Howdy folks,

Im new in this community. Hope everyone is well, I have suffered with acid reflux for years from the age of 15 and now i am 28 however i have been diagnosed with GERD the doctor has put me on lansoprazole which was great for several days and work great i was put on these when i was younger but now i am suffering from really bad tiredness, some pain in my legs and dizziness from time to time i stopped taking them on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and these side affects went. Would anyone here have these and what is the solution ? i don't want to stop taking something that helps me as when it all starts the acid reflux and heart burn is horrible. I have been suffering with stomach problems for years from upset stomach to nausea.

Thanks.

Jack.

Do you use Gaviscon Advance as well? This seems to be a safer alternative or addition to Lansoprazole. Sorry you haven’t got on with the meds I didn’t experience any obvious side effects. My acid reflux is loads better after a year of Lansoprazole and I continue with the Gaviscon as needed.
