Have you got a baby sling for your baby? It might help. If not I found Norwich Sling Library very helpful

Hi how are you today? If you baby is under 1, do you know you're allowed to have a support bubble? What have you tried to help with the crying?

Hi sorry it’s took so long to respond. I have got a sling, and it works a bit... I think I’m finding it difficult with all the school work and not seeing hardly anyone.I did make a bubble with my mum but she thinks it’s more childcare than support.

I think I’m just tired.
