I am 43 suffering from chronic oesophagitis for the last I think 10 years. Grade B. My osophageal sphincter is loose. Continously on ppi for the last more than 3 years. Is there any way to prevent barrettes in my case? though medicines keep me symptom free I feel little fatigue and weak joints.

Fixing "loose sphincter" may achieve what you aim for. Treat the root cause not the symptoms only.
