Hi I feel like every time when I lie down some think keep rising in my throat

Try Gaviscon Advance Peppermint flavour (aniseed flavour burnt my mouth and throat). Before bedtime - and after meals if necessary.

Do see GP for referals to Gastroenterologist and / or ENT for diagnosis though.
