Anyone deal with instant false memory?

I have been dealing with intrusive thought ocd along with false memory ocd. The thing is it’s not about past events. I will have an intrusive thought and immediately feel as though I acted on it then and there. Whatever terrible thing that comes to my mind will instantly make me think I did whatever it is I’m thinking about. The images are so vivid that I have a hard time differentiating what’s in my head and what’s reality. If anyone here knows what I’m talking about would really appreciate a response.

I am not sure how instant false memory is but you can try to overcome it by recalling that memory in question and avoiding any mental compulsions or just think that this event has not happened.
