Has anyone tried an at home transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) or cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device for OCD/Anxiety (for ex. The Fisher Wallace Stimulator, Alpa-Stim , TheBrainDriver, etc.)? If so, can you please share you experiences? Thanks!

I did it for 3 months, very uncomfortable, but may have had delayed results, 3 months after... I take saffron oil, and am happier than i have ever been... Not sure if both of these or one, did the trick yo be honest :)

Thanks for sharing your experience. Did you take Saffron oil through a capsule or as a topical oil? Also, do you recall which brand of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) or cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device that you used? I am trying to pick which one would be right for me. I know that Alpha Stim and Fisher Wallace are the more known ones, but are quite pricey. I've heard that there are inexpensive alternatives online that can work just as well. I was wondering what brand/machine you had used? Thanks, again!

It was like 3 years ago, so I will have to research this week for you on the TMS :) Saffron oil is straight oil in H2O , 15 drops twice a day... Now just once a day... I saw amazon reviews on it for depression and anxiety! Been a miracle for me! :) Adam

Wow! Thank you for sharing all of this. Do you have a specific brand of Saffron Oil that you use? I am sorry for all of the questions. I am just very interested in tackling this nightmare of a disorder from all ends and would love to try different thing (ERP has not been very successful for me, although keep trying.) If you could share the brands that you use, it would help me tremendously. I am so interested trying this. Thank you, again!

So, in 2018 I did MagVita TMS... they started me on the left side... Then finished with bi-lateral therapy.... They set the machine to target your issues :) Hope this helps!

Electrotherapy is no good for people who are epileptic like me and nor is the DBS for the sane reason.I am currently getting phone therapy from Springfield and up to now they are pleased with me (I have had 5 sessions so far).
