Is there any self help book regarding same thought repetition behaviour, if is it then plz tell me

The same treatment is generally the same for all forms of OCD. It is CBT, which includes, for OCD, acceptance of the unwanted thought, without questioning or arguing with it. In due course the unwanted thought will get fed up with your refusal to wrestle with it and go away.

There is some useful stuff on this in Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which might help you. Pages 67-69 and 100-102 deal with your form of OCD, I think.

The books is called Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Here is a download of the first part of it, but you can buy the whole book on the internet.
