Okay, so I’m only 13. And I think this started when i was 10 or so. Whenever i’m reading, listening to something, or watching a movie, again anything to do with hearing or looking, at, specifically words, i repeat them. If it’s something interesting or funny, etc, that i hear or see, i repeat them. Like for example, if i’m at home watching a movie, i hear something, i would pause the video and repeat it over and over again, either in my head or out loud if it’s just my sisters so i’m not embarrassed , and then play it. This sentence i heard was “My sisters teleporting dog” and it seemed interesting so i repeated it over and over, for no reason. If i’m in the movie theatre, i would repeat a sentence i hear either funny or interesting over and over, for again, no reason. Somebody HELP.

This is something OCD can do to you, make you repeat words you've said or heard. It could just be something that you get over, but since it's upsetting you, ask for a doctor's appointment. Don't let the doctor dismiss your concern.
I take it that your sisters know about this, but have you confided in your parents? It might be worth getting them on board and perhaps have one of them go with you to the doctors.
Hi PreciousDale, I know what it's like. I had the same kind of OCD as a child and even now sometimes I do this too. I have to pause a movie because I am tempted to repeat a sentence in my mind. It got better when I was a teenager so it comes and go.
You should try to talk to your parents about it and see if they can help you take an appointment with a therapist. You need to develop some strategies when you feel the urges coming up.
For me, I simply try to not pause it and it bothers me but I have to tolerate the discomfort then while I watch the movie it will go away because your brain can't not give attention to two things at the same time with the same energy.
Keep going, don't stop and give in to the temptation or if you do, give yourself a limit and don't go over it. You'll get better, you'll need some practice.
You could even say it out loud: I want to pause it and repeat this sentence but I won't, let's see what going on now I don't want to miss the next dialogue.
