OCD and audio clips

Listening audio clip about the ways I can cope with OCD two times a day in my own recorded voice is helping me. I avoid writing personal notes coz it's lengthy process,so, I started recording in my own voice. In those clips I record all things which can be helpful to me in future . In those clips I record facts about OCD as well. It's like meditation for me.

Sometimes ideas come in our mind but due to busy, fast life they get vanished from our mind. Afterwards we slowly forget them. So, it's useful to record, so we can resume from where we left that ideas. Thank u. Hope you will benefit from this.
