OCD - Panic Attack Disorder - Anxiety, what a difficult trio to deal with, you definitely not live a fully experienced life, just what is left, and if you take medicine it becomes better but more complicated...

I think a lot of us feel we are missing out on things we are not able to do. But there is still a lot we can do, in spite of OCD!
