For some reason I keep repeating the same word. Ham. I dont know why or how this started. Should I be concerned?

Only be concerned if it starts to affect your life and stop you doing things. It's quite normal to have a word repeat itself in your head for a while, and then disappear. Don't push it away, just acknowledge it but don't give it any more attention and it should go away by itself.
