Has anyone had any experience of going to Upper Tier Tribunal for an ESA disallowance? I’m not going to rant on about the mal administration of my claim and all the errors made by DWP however I am sure if I had been able to submit my evidence everything would be different. Do I continue my battle ? Is it worth the stress? Having said that I haven’t been allowed to start a new claim, cannot get Universal Credit and can’t work so not allowed Job Seekers either! No income since May 2018

Keep fighting, and see if you can get anyone on your side! This kinda thing makes me sick. Do you have a therapist!?
The sheer incompetence and cruelty of those responsible for denying people benefits they're entitled to really deserves a rant!
Do fight it. It's bad enough having OCD or other debilitating illness without having to worry about money. There are organizations that help people with disabilities make claims and it's worth investigating if there's one near where you live. They have trained employees and volunteers who know how the system works and what you're entitled to.
Some mental health charities have resources, and there are also disability organizations that might be able to help. There should be somewhere local to you.
If I can put you onto anything that might help, I'm happy to do so.
Hi,
Have you looked up DIAL? It stands for Disability Information and Advice Line. I think they have offices in lots of places. They helped me with my PIP claim and were really nice.
Good Luck, don’t let the DWP idiots win!
I’m sorry for not answering your message until today. You know without your suggestion about DIAL I’d still be without any money and no help! As soon as I read your comment I researched the local DIAL and ever since things have been looking up! Can’t thank you enough-hopefully this community will keep going and supporting each other in whatever ways we can
