Hi , I am new to this group. I have been struggling with OCD for last 14 years. I had my share of ups and down but past year has been really difficult. I get weird thoughts related to people imagining me in a physical appearance which ' is not acceptable to me '.I feel very conscious around people and in social setup. Have tried medication and also Yoga/Meditation but still struggling .Can someone help please?

Hi there — I’m also new. I just want to say that I can relate to obsessing over how other people view me, although my personal experience with this may be a bit different (I get intrusive/paranoid thoughts that my peers are watching and judging me through some sort of camera).
focus on your daily activities.like a hobby u like to do
I don't know if perhaps you've got a touch of social phobia. I'm not in a position to make a diagnosis, of course, but it might be worth considering.
I'm sure the meditation is good for you, but in itself it doesn't deal with OCD. The best treatment is CBT, so if you haven't got a referral to an OCD therapist who uses CBT, go to your doctor and ask for a referral.
