Hi av posted on here b4 looking for a bit help I got the answer I needed off my doctor I have still been very anxious with my intrusive thoughts so I was told to try Bach Rescue Remedy a few days ago so I got them and they have been amazing am not as anxious now and my intrusive thoughts are not half as bad as they have been it calms your mind right down the is a shop in the UK called home bargains and it’s only £2.99 not sure how much any where else just thought ad lets yous all know maybe yous could try it. It has no side effects at all, it’s all natural!!

hi mydog,will try that,whent in their couple weeks ago bourght par of glases for 1-99yes that's 1pound 99,got home shaped my old lenses to fit now better than much more expensive ones.i not usually a mizer mydog.o sorry ive gone right off the subject mydog,

Hi peekanese it’s so cheap in that shop I love it lol yes definitely give it ago it’s working for me my intrusive thoughts now are of suidal it’s not nice but I just have to Remember it’s hust a “thought” makes me feel real sick tho to the point I do be sick. This Bach has helped more then what I thought! I not as anxious as I normally do thank god for it!!!
