I wanted to write this post to say how can I tell someone? I am getting closer but will it be too late?
Also I always have to do things evenly. For example,I have to to 2,4,6 or 12 questions for maths or any other subject. I also feel very sensitive about my family at school. At home it is fine and I will do whatever but at school I just feel very upset and attached to my family. I feel like my family is just, I really don't know how to put it in words.
Thank you so much! ( especially Tillyray, your comment helped a lot)

It is really good that you are now thinking about talking to someone🙂.. and it is never too late..
Because you are at school (if that is in UK) there will be a school nurse or similar person there (or similar to nurse, or student advisor outside uk) who's job it is to listen to pupils in confidence about these kinds of issues, and if you tell her what you have said on here and that you think it is because of ocd,she will be able to help you..Dont worry about telling her,she will have heard allsorts of things, and these days people in those jobs now have knowledge and understanding about mental health aswel as physical health, because they now realise it is all connected..
I understand you will feel anxious doing this but you have nothing to worry about,I know that once you have spoken about how you feel, you will straight away start to feel better, because you will not feel like you are alone having to cope with this by yourself..
Ask to see the nurse or advisor, don't think about what you will say or do before you go,just go along and chat about it when you're there..
what I do to help me relax if I am anxious is a simple breathing technique...take steady, slow deep breathes in through your nose with your mouth closed (just concentrate on the breathes) hold it for a couple of seconds then let it go slowly out through your mouth. You can do this at any time, quietly, and no one knows you're doing it.I find it helps me if I feel worried, stressed or anxious and is very calming and relaxing...
You're doing really well.Let me know how you get on.x
