Is this aniexty related I have OCD have i have contaminated one and Instrive one it's vile more so when's it's high, is this aniexty relate you get a horrible thought what you really serious don't want you correct it bye saying the truth and what you really think, then you brain just won't let you say what you really think and you trap with this horrible uncomfortable feeling, and the thought keeps going, you try and correct it again and think yeah that's better then another horrible not true thought comes what you really don't think and wouldn't do this is really destroying me as a person and it's affecting my husband and. I don't wanna be like it, it's just weird
