Has anyone heard of this method of treatment. It is quite expensive but is it useful?

I have only recently heard of it through a friend who read something about it. It says that it provides a cure. I can't comment on it with any knowledge but I think I'd try to speak to a specialist in OCD treatment about their views before spending any money. If it is a cure that would be amazing.

I have looked at it but the cost is very high and the success rate is not much better that cbt. I am also a sufferer and I am on the road to recovery, it is a painful and rocky on,

Along with professional support I use a book called break free from OCD you can win knowledge is power.

Good luck sox,
