I have been ocd about mess of years now, but at the age of 15 a new form of ice is taking over my life, I'm onsessed with the number 4, everything i touch has to be touched four times, if I don't I start to have anxiety attacks and freaking out, it sounds ridiculous but it's really getting to me.
E.g- switching on a lightswitch involves me switching it on and off four times.
I need some advice on how to control myself and calm down in these situations.
I know it sounds silly but I'm finding it really hard to cope in a life that is set by rules.

Hi I'm danielle I was like this when I was younger I learned to put a time limit on OCD if you feel the urge to do it another four times delay OCD make it wait and distract yourself into doing something else I still do get my bad days but this helps even if u delay it by a few seconds then increase the time you need to want to control it I hope this helps x
