OCD has many different guises

Repetition is one of the well known features

However going over a conversation in your head especially stressful conversations is quite normal I think

Is this overtaking your life?

Are you or were you under a lot of stress?

Is the problem still with you

It is possible you are just bored perhaps and have an active brain

Please post again if you feel the need
