Hi All im new on here today does anyone take any supplements to help my GP says i have OA in my neck and wrist atm ive resisted GP pain relief meds and managing over the counter pain relief is when i need too is there any special supplements that will help i take a D3 k2 mk7 supplement not sure its the best quality one around have auto immune thyroid probs so they give me lots of good advice im getting there but something else crops up like this now im not a lover of Taking gp medications only Thoroxine any advice on supplements for Osteo id be very grateful!

Hi there, I take a high does of hemp seed oil for the omega 3 properties., magnesium citrate and hyaluronic acid this combination keeps my pain at a manageable level.

Thank You i have magnesium chloride spray hope thats ok ill try hemp seed whats the hyaluronic acid?

Hyaluronic acid supplements are effective at reducing joint pain in people with osteoarthritis as they help keep joint lubricated.

I'm sure alot of people will give good ideas of works for them, it's just trying and seeing what works best for you.

You might wish to try Solgar Female/Male Multiple. Is a pretty good collection of necessary Vitamins and minerals. Another potentially useful supplement is Co-enzyme Q10.
