Hello dear community!
In 2020, a project with one of the UK kidney charities, Kidney Care, involved sharing some useful tips around breath and gentle movement. Right in the midst of a pandemic and also when I was in the first year of recovering from a second kidney transplant. I'm so keen to share what I've found helpful - which changes according to circumstance.
I hope this video helps you in some small way, remember to reconnect with your body and indeed how you might talk about your health journey. Our words and stories matter so much in how we can support each other and learn from each other. And how we weave wiser words and language to ease the inner landscapes within.
