After a flare up that lasted a week, I now have body aches all over and feel very lethargic.

So sick of feeling sick. Does anyone else ache like this ? Also I feel so hot all the time, like really hot ? Blaaaaaaaa, sorry just having a whinge !

Sorry you are feeling like this Zusan. I haven't flared for ages but am having aches and pains this morning everywhere and suspect its because I had a week off MTX and hydroxy last week - and the way I describe this mini flare is that everything seems hot and fizzy as well as achy and sore - like I've been injected with something corrosive that is heading for my joints. And I'm more tired and seem to need my sleep more than usual too.

There's a different type of flare for me where specific joints or tendons become very hot and painful and finally swell but I haven't had this type since last June. Hope this description helps and you start to feel much better very soon. Tilda x

Ive had chronic shoulder and bad wrist flare for about 5 weeks so i can understand being sick of being sick.

Ive literally spend my half term holiday slumped on the settee and lazing around as im shattered all the time.

Only time im hot is either individual hot points of pain or my nightly hot flushes lol, apart from that im the opposite and cold.

Mind im not sure where you live so not sure of weather temperature where you are but its blooming freezing here, north east uk right by the lovely north sea lol.

Take care & hope youre feeling better soon.

Yes , that's where my flare was in my left shoulder, pain and limited movement, getting mt t shirt off involved pain and cracking.

Sounds like you've had it a lot worse than me, I feel all your pain, sorry.

I'm in Australia, so it's hot but I've felt a different kind of hot, maybe it's my HRT not working !

Dont apologise, my pain will be no worse than yours and i can really sympathise with the limited use and the cracking and crunching is awful.

Just wish it would bog off and leave me alone lol.
