Scotland is a wonderful place for a holiday - I'm surprised more folk don't choose to come here, but then I am biased.
Its really amazing how quickly elderly people can become absolutely confused and out of it with a urinary tract infection, and how quickly they can go from being OK to being incredibly ill and almost psychotic with it. Does mean that it needs someone else to keep a watch out and make sure they get help for it asap. My mum just went through the same, and I suspect it was a major contributor to her being so fuzzy-headed that it caused the collapse that broke bones and did a lot of damage. I'd definitely push for any older person to be immediately tested for a UTI if they started getting a bit more confused.
Yes want to catch up with the family, go to Loch Lomond, go to Glasgow prom dress shopping, maybe get to the ballet or music venue and go to an amazing place I love which has lights, restaurants and open air pubs! And de stress a bit! Thanks for the good wishes xx
