tired and pain

so tired and in pain ,,yesterday was a joke woke up thinking it was 12.30pm only to be told it was 13.30 pm by my daughter and kept saying sorry, for her to say dont worry you needed it,, slept for over twelve hours because of sleepless nights for months on end, but to night im tired knackered

I know the feeling. Why don't u ring the Rheumies and explain as it sounds like you don't have the symptoms under control . I have strong painkillers that help me get some sleep. Sleep deprivation is soul destroying isn't it, I feel for you. Love Axx

I really feel for you, I think we all need a good nites sleep to deal with everything, I'm not Amitriptyline,It might be worth asking your GP if you can have something, You could ask for a lower dose, This has been a god send to me, Don't know what i would of done with out it, I am now just slowly trying to cut it down, Take care xx
