At least there is some positives in this although it would be nice to know what drug they were referring to.

I read the full article in the paper, they were referring to the anti-inflammatories that we take to reduce the inflammation in the brain that they have discovered happens to dementia patients, they have found the gene responds well to it in the laboratory tests. It would be that patients would then be given these drugs to help them and the cost to NHS would be minimal compared to what is happening now. Inflammation has a lot to answer to.
