Hi guys just a quickie

My DLA payment is due on Xmas day, does anyone know when they will pay this Instead??

Seems like all DWP type payments go under the same rules - payment on the working day before the holiday if its due on a holiday. This info is for tax credits, but from the other stuff I read seems like it would be the same. Phone your local CAB if you want to make sure as they will know. gov.uk/when-is-your-next-ta...

Hi Antony 74. It is likely they will arrange payment the Friday before Xmas or possibly it will come through Xmas Eve. Depends whether it is paid straight into the bank, or you have a payment book etc. Unlikely to be delayed until the first working day after Xmas but it is possible. LavendarLady xx
