bumps lol!!

have had and still getting what i can only describe as stye type bumps on my eyes/eyelids?? has this happened to anyone else or is it just me lol x hope u r all well take care michelle x

Hi, I don't know if they r related to any RA drugs but u can get styes on your eyelids which r small infections of the eyelash root and depending on what RA drugs ü r on , the chemist can give u a cream ( some ra drugs if u take for example leflunamide, the chemist will ask u to c the GP as ur immune system could be lowered)

Also you can get fatty cysts on the lids and this can sometimes suggest high cholesterol levels. So either way, if u r a little low on immunity or higher in cholesterol, or just unlucky getting lumps, a trip to the GP wouldn't go wrong!,!!! Love Axx

Are you on steroids? I can get a condition called blepharitis which is an inflammation of the eyelid edges - they go red, a bit itchy and lumpy when my steroids are put up.

I mean to add that washing the lid edges twice a day with baby shampoo helps.
