Do you have joint pain in your hips or knees?

Are you interested in making some changes to your physical activity levels?

We are looking for adults aged 18 years or older who suffer from joint pain in the hips or knees to take part in a research study. We ask that volunteers are physically able to walk and have a mobile phone that sends and receives text messages. You will be asked to participate for 60 days and will not be required to make any significant changes to your daily routine. If you are interested in taking part, please contact Tiffany (by the end of December) who will be happy to discuss the study with you in more detail and send you further information by post:

Shaun

Joint pain, mmm sick of it, I am 56 and my joints used to belong to tutam kahmoon, jesus I have some pain and I hate taking meds so use essential oils when I can, Callendula, Cellery Seed and a carier oil, my joints get so painful, if I sit for 20 mins or so, christ when I get up I HURT my ankles, Knees, Elbows Wrists, Shoulders, and spondylosis to add? C 5,6,7 and I think why the hell did I do 23½ yours in Freestyle Ju-Jitsu, Judo, and Kickboxing. I am really paying the piper I feel now, I get out of bed in the morning, and hobble, I walk downstairs like a child one at a time, I hate my chassis, it seriously lets me down, on the sick right now with Arthritis, and Depression. I wasted £1800 quid learning to drive HGV class C, now I cannot gert a job, so stuck in the bloddy home cell, it is like house arrest I really need to motivate myself, any one up for a self help group in the Sale area of Manchester. The ironic thing is, I am a fully qualifed Hypnotherapist, NLP and EFT practitioner, also full Holistic therapist. I am also as my own admission fed up, I have turned lazy, lack motivation and cannot be arsed, but I know I need to pull it out and shift my ass. STAY WELL.

Shaun.

Why not get in touch with them directly to see if it is too late or not. This isn't an NRAS project so i don't know we were just asked to let people know about it.
