Hope ur having a good day today , my hands are again ballooned but hopefully hospital weds will sort it out , I'm going to ask about anti tnf based on the advice on the blog about the fatigue , has anyone gone for the hydrotherapy route I read about salt baths decreasing the affects of arthritis but a bit unsure how right this is and would appreciate any advice u could give x
