Its not fully loading until you see "Computer Simulation" at top of screen, in yellow. Then depending on the power of your PC will dictate how quick it loads.

Once loaded first thing "Full Screen" ... Buttons, bottom right, the one below the ? mark.

Then bring up controls, bottom button. Then its just a case of playing around.
