Hi ya, yes I know a lady who swears by it she also adds honey, she told me about it and i tried it for a while but had miss heard her and used 2 tablespoons vinegar plus a tsp honey in half a glass of water, it gave me lock jaw it was so sour! didn't notice any effects on joints after a couple weeks so gave up. guess that didn't help much Sorry!

Thanks for that Caggy, glad I'm not the only one who miss hears, my daughers laugh at me when I get it wrong!!!! Its a great help that you know someone who takes it and it works, as I would much rather take that than have to take more pills (I take 19 without counting painkillers). How are you keeping? Take care Ann

I should really get out of bed but am enjoying communicating here! health wise had a really rough few days put it down to weather again, I thought that the streoid injection would have lasted longer But not so, never mind have taken the painkillers and will make a move to get up soon. the lady I mentioned looks no more than 50 but is 80 and very fit but then she comes from Yorkshire! a stronger breed I here! guess that will start the ball rolling. now's my time to exit... keep smiling.

PPS, sorry I was going to say 19+ tabs WOW I should stop moaning, but then I have just got soaked in the rain just going to letter box, I would have normally run home, instead I shuffled...

all the best, Carol

Ann, i have heard of this as well and i am going to start it from tomorrow. Every week i have been cutting things from my diet and adding new things in. I have to date eliminated caffeine, salt, obvious sugar products.

This is my third week and i was going to take out diary this week, which will be very hard as i use cheese such a lot.

Well done Mads, don't cut out too much dairy as you need the calcium for you bones. Was it easy to get the cider vinegar? as I'm house bound and have to rely on my daughters to do my shopping, which I miss so much. Thank you for that, keep in touch, Take care Ann x

There are so many 'cures' for rheumatism/RA that the disease would not exist if only a few of them worked.

I only wish they would find a cure for RA OA and OSTIO P .

Am so fed up feeling the pain and can never organise to do anything or go to visit.

I just counted my pills i take daily 22 i take. Could not believe it. I also take Ibandronic Acid Mylan once a monyh Dr said it was to grow bone it is quite hard on tummy to take but i try and put up with it.

Yes. tried that. Didn't work for me, but worth a try.

Don't forget that honey can sometimes contain harmful bacteria. (Although honey has a reputation for healing wounds, it needs to be sterilised first when it's used in that situation. I know we're not taking about that here, but just because it's natural, doesn't mean "risk free")

Thaks for that Oldtimer, how would you sterilise honey? I eat a lot of honey, love it. I'm going to try the cider vinegar, I think, nothing ventured nothing gained. Take care Ann
