i was doing really well till i had car accident and stopped taking MTX for 5 weeks and then wen i started back on it my body was in so much pain that when i had rheumy app today i asked if i can have the full body works she said yes ... so relieved just to get time out from pain when it decides to kick in ...

but also i just took painkillers wen needed but she said that i should take them every four hours to get benefit and maybe a tramadol at nite ... so will test it all out tonite lol

Hope it kicks in soon for you and you get some pain free time.

Hi Essexgirl

I think people normally say up to 48 hours, so hopefully it will give you the relief you need soon.

Kind regards
