Hi Annra,

Katie from HealthUnlocked has commented on your previos post explaining that this site is free for everyone to join - anyone can blog and/or comment. Some posts are only available for 'members' to look at, but you have already registered which makes you a member of HealthUnlocked!

This part of the site is for blogging, a way of sharing your experiences with others who also have RA. It provides a way of helping others who are facing similar challenges and may also help you by talking through your situation.

Each blog is individual, but a typical blog may include recent day-to-day experiences, life or events following diagnosis, tips or observations about living with the condition, new research you have come across, an interesting link or news article etc

There is lots of information on the internet about writing blogs - including guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle... and outspokenmedia.com/blogging...

I hope you enjoy blogging and commenting on others blogs - we all look forward to reading them!

Emma

Hi Anra what do think your missing in this site, as Emma has said you don't need to pay anything. You can read only on the NRAS forum unless you do join the charity. If you can manage it I think it's worthwhile, but they will still answer your questions and there is a freephone number you can call for help from maybe yourgetting the 2 sites confused it's not easy sometimes as you will see the same people on both Unlocked and NRAS Mand is very good she will help you.

Keep typing let us know how you are getting on

It is well worth joining NRAS , and the forum there is second to none .. all friendly and you will find quite a number of people are members of both their and here.

I believe that getting information from as many sources as possible is vital, and to this end .. you should also know that Arthritis Care also has a forum which is free. (Google "Arthritis Care Forums" ..then register)

I am sure many do as i do and contribute and read info in a number of forums , all of which are run differently , and appeal to different people .

I am just greedy for info so i use all of them to a degree :)

Hoping neither NRAS or Health Unlocked object to me pointing out yet another valuable resource.:)
