Annual consultation yesterday with hospital consultant regarding ongoing meds / general/ health.

She looked at my hands not happy! Is it rheumatoid and osteoarthritis?? Who know?

Off to xray department five X-rays!

Then back to check wrists elbows ankles knee- oh dear! What’s going on here? My heart sank next thing on bed having VERY painful jab in knee.

That will sort you out for today- have a sticker. I am 64 and felt so pleased to get a sticker 🙄

When you get to have a face to face appointment it makes all the difference. Crippled today but should be okay for the weekend. 🍀

Congratulations on getting a sticker! I consider myself vey lucky because, even during Covid, my rheumatologist appointments since diagnosis in 2004, have always had f2f appointments every 3-6 months.

I always aim higher & ask for a lollipop - I never get one but they always apologise & offer me a sticker.
