NRAS Survey: Exercise and what it means to you...

To feed into a presentation on exercise by NRAS at this year’s British Society of Rheumatology Annual Conference, we are keen to discover more about how people with Rheumatoid Arthritis or Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis really feel about exercise. Including how challenging (or not) they find it to be physically active (short walk, gardening, etc) and do regular planned exercise, whether they think it’s important or not and if they do, what help they need to support them getting more physically active. We also want to ask a few questions regarding a pilot of a possible new model of care relating to exercise which we are discussing in collaboration with a rheumatology team.

We have created this survey, which we would be really grateful if you would be able to complete for us, to help us gather thoughts and views about physical activity and exercise to present to a wide health professional audience. We also hope to use the information to inform NRAS’s own resources in relation to exercise, based on your feedback. The survey is anonymous so please be frank and open with your replies.

The survey will take approximately five mins. to complete. Thank you very much for taking part, your input is invaluable.
