I found that I had a lot of acid reflux when i first had spinal problems which compressed my middle section. I've successfully lost six kilos and it's now no longer a problem unless I eat too much, or too much carbohydrate or fat. I know it's difficult but I found it well worth having smaller mainly plant based meals.
