Has anyone found it good to have osteopathic treatment for S shaped scoliosis I have had first treatment and am aching quite a bit in a different place now but I want to keep going and just wanted to know what others have experienced.

Thanks 14penny

Hi 14penny. Until Covid, I'd had osteopathic treatment for years, including after a fall which gave me kyphoscoliosis. It helped me a great deal and I really don't know how I would have managed without it. Also, I have a niece who has scoliosis and she had osteopathy for it and said it changed her life for the better. I think it's quite normal to ache afterwards, especially for the first few days but have a word with your osteopath at your next visit.

Thank you it has given me a lot more confidence and I will definately go a few more times as I have a feeling it will help in the long run, 14penny

Never heard of treatment for it. I have it so will definitely check that one out.

Well worth seeing an osteopath for an opinion.

Thank you I will carry on with it as I have had only one session and feel it may do some good - anything to stop the pain. 14penny
