Sweet taste in mouth…

Hi again everyone

After your help last time I thought I would toss this about here before racing off to the GP with what sounds like crazy symptoms!

I have this sweet sensation (a little like crushed vitamin C tablets) emanating from my back teeth. It has been happening for several weeks now and is pretty constant. I’m not diabetic (and very much doubt that I have become so in this time frame) but it’s weird. The only other thing is an enlarged lymph (?) on the right side of my neck which is sore to touch and is now starting to hurt when I pull my head up. My teeth are fine (no infection) and gums also.

I have psoriatic arthritis and Sjogrens - - could it be related? Anyone experienced anything similar? I suspect that the GP may not make any connection but you guys might!

Thanks for that. I suspect that I might have a thyroid issue so have made an appointment with the GP.
